The Name Game Rules

I first heard the original version of this song about 10 years ago and
it stuck in my head. Ever since I first heard I practised it every time
I met someone, as an aid to remember their name (not out loud of course,
because I didn't want people to think I was crazy).

The rules are actually very simple if your name doesn't start with a
    vowel ("A", "E", "I", "O" or "U") or a "M", "B" or an "F".

Lets call the whole name (X), and the name without the first letter (Y).

For example Clayton would be like this:
    (X) = Clayton
    (Y) = layton

    The rules are as follows:
    (X), (X), bo B(Y)
    Banana fana fo F(Y)
    Fee fy mo M(Y)
    (X)!

Replacing every X with Clayton and every Y with layton we get this:
    (Clayton), (Clayton), bo B(layton)
    Banana fana fo F(layton)
    Fee fy mo M(layton)
    Clayton!

If your name starts with a vowel the rules are easier.
    The rules are as follows:
    (X), (X), bo B(X)
    Banana fana fo F(X)
    Fee fy mo M(X)
    (X)!

For example (Alex) just replaces everything:
    (Alex), (Alex), bo B(alex)
    Banana fana fo F(alex)
    Fee fy mo M(alex)

If your name starts with a "B", "F" or an "M" then you simply take
away the letter which would have you repeat the name again.
    Lets do Fanny!
    (Fanny), (Fanny) bo B(anny)
Banana fana Fo (anny) <- Take away the F so we don't repeat Fanny
    Fee fy mo M(anny)
    (Fanny!)

Isn't that easy? Now try with the Karaoke version below!
